Les Looney Tunes passent à l'action méthode pour rester film créé par Lonely Film Productions GmbH & Co. KG., Warner Bros. Ce dernier découvre au même moment que son père disparu, ancienne star de cinéma, était un agent secret à la recherche du mythique Diamant du Singe Bleu et kidnappé par le sombre Mr. Chairman.D.J. décide de reprendre la quête de son illustre paternel et de retrouver sa trace, aidé par Daffy. Convaincus de l'efficacité de son tandem avec Bugs Bunny, les dirigeants du studio décident alors de récupérer leur star animée coûte que coûte, et lancent Bugs Bunny et la jeune productrice Kate Houghton à leur poursuite, de l'enfer hollywoodien à la jungle africaine en passant par Paris, Las Vegas et la mystérieuse Zone 52...".
